Download links are single-use by default. If you've already used yours, visit
your library for a fresh link. If you see an error message, email us with the link and we'll sort it out.
I was charged but didn't receive anything +
This is rare but can happen if your email provider blocked delivery. Visit
your library — your purchase is recorded there. If it's not showing, email us at support@biobuddy.life with your order details and we'll resolve it immediately.
How do I request a refund? +
