How to Request a Refund

Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
The email address used at checkout
Optionally, a brief note about why you'd like a refund (this helps us improve)

We process all refund requests within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
